This project is located in Ijebu ode, ogun state, Nigeria. Our client’s goal is to achieve a classic French design for their property, a place they can come back to Nigeria to relax and enjoy their retirement and that is just what we did. We love when our clients trust us with their retirement plans.
We took over project O from the carcass level, we designed and executed this property from start to finish. This is a 4 bedroom duplex property located in Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria. Our client, Mr Uche, wanted a spacious, comfortable yet functional and aesthetically appealing space for himself and his family. After thorough planning and design concept development phase, we converted a regular Lagos 4 bedroom semi-detached duplex into a spacious 3 bedroom duplex, with the master suite on the entire last floor. Our client was really happy and impressed with the result we achieved for his property.
Our client is a very private person, a reputable, high class leader and mentor in the oil sector. The brief for this project is to refurbish and transform his 3 penthouses located at ikoyi, Lagos, Nigeria into a modern, sophisticated and comfortable space for his guest to stay whenever they’re in the country. Due to our client’s privacy, we will only be putting up a few glimpses from this project. Him and his wife were really wowed with the outcome when we revealed to them.
This is an office project for an auto maintenance company located in ajah, Lagos, Nigeria. We developed a creative design concept for this project that reflects our client’s brand identity and also has a positive impact on the staff’s productivity level.
